For domestic shipping rates as shown is for USPS First Class Mail.
Tracking number available after you order(s) shipped.
Expedited shipping available upon request. We do offer shipping via USPS express mail guarantee, Fedex and UPS. Please send us the message/convos to get estimated shipping rate prior purchase.

~~~International Shipping~~
We ship international via USPS First Class Mail Intl.

If you need order sooner than our shipping schedule, please send us a convos.
Shipping rates can be quote upon request .We will arrange customs document for you. Buyer's responsible for duty and tax for importation into your country.

Note: According to USPS, tracking number can not be provide for international shipment due to the differences of shipping system in each country. However, we do offer shipping via Fedex, UPS, and USPS express mail/certify mail which provide tracking number for your order. These service is addition shipping cost for buyer. If you are interested, please send us a convos PRIOR purchase.

~~ International Customer (s) Please Read our Policy Prior Purchase~~
1. All international package ship via USPS First Class Mail. There is no tracking number provide with this service. Tracking number is available on Express Mail Intl , Fedex and UPS with additional shipping fee
2. We recommended to purchase extra SHIPPING INSURANCE for your order. In case of package damage or loss, we will claim USPS for you with full refund to your order (s). Otherwise, we will not responsible for any loss or damage package once it ship.

~~ Order Processing with OUT OF STOCK and NO NOTE PREFERENCE ~~
1. Please note any order that requires customer leave the note for COLOR/PRINT/Style at check out. If there is no note prefer COLOR/PRINT/STYLE, we reserve our right to send random colors.
2. Any order submitted with OUT OF STOCK list COLOR/PRINT/STYLE, we reserve our right to send substitute colors as we have posted on listing which color(s)/Style(s) are not available. This will help us process order smoothly and you will received order quickly.

~~ Damage/None Delivery/Wrong Items ~~
If you received damaged/wrong items, please send us convo asap. Reference your receipt number with convos/msg. This will help us fix/solve the problem quickly. We will do our best to correct the problems.
For None - Delivery Items, please send us a convo with reference your order/receipt number. We will contact carrier for updated status on your order and solve the problem.

~~ Insurance ~~
We offer shipping insurance for your package/order. Please send us a convos prior purchase. If the package loss or damage by USPS. We are not responsible for it if the customer (s) didn't request insurance cover prior shipping.

~~ Non-delivery/Incorrect Shipping Address ~~
For non-delivery/incorrect shipping address, we do our best to check with customer PRIOR shipping. IF shipping address is not complete such as missing street address or postcode or country. We will reconfirm/contact customer (s) for confirmation.
Otherwise, we ship items according to your address provide us on Etsy. Any non - delivery and incorrect ship to address order are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please contact me if you are not happy with your purchase. I want every customer to be happy with their DF Design items. Please contact me before you leave negative or neutral feedback.We accept returns if you are not satisfy with our products within 7 business days.

~ Processing time for refund ~
Please allow 2-7 business days to process your return/refund items. The refund will be issue directly back to your account either paypal or direct checkout via credit card,
Note: Shipping Fee is non-refundable.

1. Send us a convo regarding to your order with reference your order number or receipt number
2. We will send you an RMA number for returning your item. Shipping cost for returning is buyer responsible
3. After we received the return package/item. We will issue refund for your item
