I purchased this item as a gift. It shipped quickly and my cousin loved it. Our only issue was that it was much larger than either of us anticipated... Had I read the description, we probably would have been prepared for this. Otherwise I was very pleased with the purchase!!

Dotted with Hearts is just me, sometimes with help from my 4 year old little girl (she likes to help pack orders and pick out colors for designs!)
Everything is handmade by me. The great thing about hand made items, everything is different! No two pieces are exactly alike!
I strive to make unique pieces that you want to wear and show off and make your friends jealous!

I LOVE what I do, and put a ton of time and effort into my pieces. I don't like to sell something I personally don't like or wouldn't wear.

Pieces are priced by material cost, amount of time involved, and the end result.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
Paypal is preferred, because of the ease for both you and I.
I can also accept e-checks, personal checks, and money orders.
If you want to use another method of payment other than PayPal, just add a little note in the "Notes to Seller" section on your invoice while ordering!
Please note though, that items DO NOT ship out until checks clear the bank!

If you are not going to pay immediately, just send a little note when ordering!
A 5 day grace period is instituted in my shop, meaning you have 5 days from the date of purchase to pay for your order.
If payment isn't made after 5 days, the order will be cancelled and deserved feedback is left.
I always send convos, and reminders, because some people truly do forget to pay, or are confused by the checkout process.
As always, communication is the key!

If you want an item held or put on reserve for you until a particular date, no problem! Just send a message stating what item and when you want to order, and I will "reserve" it for you (for a reasonable amount of time)

I understand things do happen, so if you order and then cannot pay, PLEASE just let me know, so I can cancel the sale and relieve both of us.
Shipping
For shipping, everything goes first class mail.
I ship within 3 business days of your order being received. Most days, I get your package out that same day if possible.
If you want another shipping method besides first class (ex. priority) just send me a message before you order and I can revise the listing for you, or send me a message after you order and I can email you a revised invoice.

Insurance is available upon request, and buyer is responsible for cost.

Not responsible for taxes, custom fees, etc, incurred with international shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want to make ALL of my customers happy! If you recieve a piece, and are not satisfied, for any reason, send me a message. You can ship back to me and get either store credit for the same amount, or a refund (minus shipping costs).

If you recieve a piece that doesn't fit correctly (ex. necklace is too small) send me a message and let me know. You can ship piece back to me and I can alter the piece to fit your needs!

All of my jewelry is handmade, and while not delicate, it is not meant to be worn while swimming, bathing, bull riding, monster trucking, etc. If a piece breaks due to normal wear and tear, and can be fixed (most pieces can!) just ship back to me and I will repair and return (with an extra goodie for the trouble, although this has not happened yet!)

I do wear my own necklaces while playing roller derby, and haven't had anything break on me yet, so I don't expect anything to break through normal wear.

I haven't lost a package yet, but if it happens to you, please please contact me in a reasonable amount of time and we can work something out (every situation is different)

Sorry, but for health and hygiene reasons, earrings can NOT be returned!
Additional policies and FAQs
If you are unhappy with anything in your order, please, contact me and let me try and correct the situation! Don't just not let me know, and then leave feedback. I would rather rectify any issues you have instead of having an unhappy customer!
COMMUNICATION IS KEY!

Custom orders are welcome, although lots of my supplies and charms are one of a kind or found in my travels and I cannot come across them often. I do keep track of requests and if I happen to get more supplies, will contact you to see if you are interested still!

Anything else, do not hesitate to get in contact with me!
