Items are handmade to order in my seaside studio in Hampshire, England. I aim to dispatch within 5 working days. Normally it is much quicker than this. Within the UK items are posted by First Class Royal Mail, and by airmail overseas. Price quoted for postage overseas is not a tracked service. You can upgrade this to a tracked service Airsure for an additional cost. - please convo me for additional posting quotation.

Whilst I aim to post asap, time to destination will depend upon the efficiencies of the Postal Services and this is beyond my control. Please ensure that you order in plenty of time if your item is required to be with you by a particular date.

All items are carefully wrapped and packaged to ensure that they get to you in perfect condition.

Please ensure that your shipping address details are correct when you are ordering. They are cut and paste onto the address label for your parcel. Should your details be incorrect and the parcel be unable to be delivered then you are liable for any subsequent redelivery charge as well as the original one.

Tracked shipping is offered as an upgrade. If you timescale is tight then it is recommended that you take this option as it tends to make shipping time 1 to 2 days less and you get peace of mind being able to track your item.
