I ordered this item in November as a holiday present. Said shipping would only take a few weeks. Over 8 weeks later I still didn’t have the item or even a response from the seller (after writing them for a refund). Terrible customer service. I’ve open a case with Etsy.

I never received this item. Etsy refunded, but there was never any communication from this seller about the problem.

Put an order in Nov 29th, nearly a month before it is needed. Seller isn’t shipping so I reach out for explanation. No reply. Okay, maybe I won’t get my item in time for Christmas, that’s okay, I can just COMMUNICATE to the intended recipient that I ordered from a small shop, and that it may arrive later than Xmas. Then, the seller refunds my order on the 17th w/o even asking 🙄. It’s not the biggest deal, and not like I can’t find another mug. Just communicate with your buyers because the thing that bugs me the most is not that the seller is busy, potentially overwhelmed, or anything along those lines, but the disrespect/inconsideration that went into holding onto my order and money for three weeks only to leave me hanging and w/o any communication. I hesitate to buy from Etsy because how easy it is for sellers to ghost buyers.

Can I change a design?
It all depends. At times we are able to accommodate changes. At other times, we simply do not have time, unfortunately. If your change is for a bulk order, please let us know what changes you were thinking, what product, how many you would need, and when you would need them by.
