Announcement   Our flock of heritage breed Gulf Coast Native Sheep is carefully tended and pastured on unadulterated pastures of native grasses, blackberries and wildflowers. The care and love they receive really does show in their fleece. Descendants of Merino sheep brought to Florida by the Spanish in the 1500s, these sheep have adapted to this climate, need no worming, have un-fussy hooves, and are a joy. The yarns I spin from their wool are either naked or dyed with native plants. True Florida yarn!

This yarn is so soft and fluffy, and it's truly one of a kind. I can't even decide what to knit with it, because I just keep gazing at it and petting it.
