I've spent years of my life working in jewelry and I have developed a real love of gemstones. Sea glass is the gem of the ocean, each piece with a story to tell, some many years old. Some well travelled, others a little piece of history from a particular beach. These pieces have been broken, endured storms, and have come out of them even more beautiful. No two pieces are exactly alike, and each has it's own unique journey, just like us!

Sterling silver may be cleaned with a Sterling silver polishing cloth. Please avoid perfumes, lotions and all chemicals with the jewelry. All jewelry will last much longer if it is properly taken care of, so placing in a jewelry box or separating the jewelry will keep it looking newer for longer. Sea glass is still glass so it can crack, shatter or break under pressure so please be careful with your new sea "gems". Aluminum bracelets will eventually break if they are bent repeatedly to fit your wrist so I do recommend wearing it loosely to extend its wear. Showering with any jewelry on will damage it and I am not responsible for this loss.

18" necklaces and 7" bracelets are the "standard" sizes used in jewelry today. However, you may request a shorter or longer chain to be customized to fit you better. If you are unsure if your ring size, please purchase the printable ring sizer! I want all of my customers to love their new jewelry, so please don't hesitate to let me know if you would like a more personalized length BEFORE you place your order. Asking for a different size will result in your order being cancelled and changed into a “custom order” to accommodate any increase in price.

This would be sad and I do assure you that USPS almost never will lose a package. However, if this does occur, please contact your local Post Office and ask for a satellite location of where the product was last delivered. I personally can not replace or refund jewelry that has been lost, delayed, stolen from your mailbox, that has been marked as delivered but not arrived or if you have mistyped your address during the checkout process. If your package has not shown up please contact your local post office and work with them to resolve the issue. As a seller I will always provide a tracking number & after that I have no control over loss or theft.

Most current orders ship within 2-7 business days. Some orders ship sooner. Others may need to be personalized and may take the full 10 days. If you have a question regarding when your order will ship please send me a message!

Please contact me within 3 days if you need to return an item. You can not return an item due to not liking the color or size, as these are clearly shown before purchase. Broken chains will not be replaced as I check them before they are shipped to you. I do not accept exchanges. Items on sale can not be returned. And custom items can not be returned.
