I hope you've seen something you like, or better yet, something you absolutely LOVE! I love to sew and create things with fabric. Occasionally you may see something on which I have made a mistake. If it would take too much time to fix it, then I may sell an item like that for a discounted price. I will always disclose the flaw in that item so you know exactly what you are getting. Returns and exchanges
If you are not happy with your purchase, you may receive a full refund, minus shipping charges. The returning post mark on the item being returned must be within 3 days from the day you receive the item, and must be undamaged and unused when it is returned to me. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.**** I DO NOT accept returns or give refunds/exchanges on personalized items, i. e. those with names or monograms, etc.**** . Be ABSOLUTELY SURE you want the item before purchasing if it is going to be personalized. Once it is personalized I cannot sell that item to anyone else.
Payment
Paypal is my preferred method of payment, but I do accept Direct Checkout thru Etsy. Please make sure that your Etsy and Paypal addresses are the same. If not, please provide the information needed at the time of purchase. Payment must be made promptly. If there is a delay, please convo me and let me know the reason for it. I understand that problems sometimes arise. I just need to know if there is a problem. I can usually work with you to resolve it. If payment is not received the same day as purchase, I will contact you thru Etsy conversations (convo) If I don't hear back within 48 hrs, I reserve the right to cancel the sale.
Shipping
Ready to ship items will be shipped within 3 business days after receipt of payment unless otherwise stated. Made to order items will be shipped within the time stated in the listing description or next to the shipping info. Custom made items take longer and details will be worked out in the custom request convos. Higher priced items are usually shipped with insurance and delivery confirmation. That info is usually stated in the listing description.

Items are shipped thru the U.S. Postal Service. Insurance is included in shipping charges on most items priced $10.00 or more. I will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail beyond what is covered by the insurance.

Local buyers may arrange for pickup with an adjustment to price, minus shipping.

I reuse boxes and envelopes whenever I can to save on shipping costs and to recycle.

Second item shipping prices: The first item must be of equal or greater value/shipping weight.
