Welcome to the Down Home Diva shop! We strive to take ordinary, boring clothing and make them into something new and exciting to wear. In general our clothing is bought at various stores during their clearance sales. For this reason it isn't always possible to duplicate every piece, but we are sure willing to try! We also use scraps of fabrics that would have otherwise been tossed. All in all we love to take leftovers and make something stylish! Enjoy!

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges

If you receive an item that you determine you no longer want I am willing to refund the full purchase price if the item is returned to me in re-sellable condition. If a product arrives damaged I am willing to work with you to exchange it.

Payment

We accept Paypal, money orders, and personal checks. Just please be aware that your items will not ship until your payment as cleared the bank. All purchases must be paid for within 2 weeks of the date of purchase. If this does not happen we will cancel the sale and relist the pieces.

Shipping

All items will be shipped 1st class unless otherwise specified. We are willing to ship international for an additional expense. Any insurance or delivery confirmation must be purchase by the buyer. Cleaning products are shipped via UPS. Their weight is too costly for standard mail!

Additional policies and FAQs

I welcome custom orders, however I ask for 2 weeks to complete any custom piece. I also ask for 1/2 down before I begin a piece. Please be aware that I do my best to keep my prices low. However, because I buy most of my clothing blanks on clearance having to find a specific color/size/style is not always possible at rock bottom prices. Any custom piece may be subject to an additional charge to cover the price of a special clothing request.
