Very fast sipping and the ring is lovely! Is a birthday gift for my sister whom always admires my yellow stone, oval ring. I saw this and thought.. now she can have her own : ) Thank you!
I am an independent part time studio goldsmith. I have a family and work full time outside of the home - metalwork is a great creative outlet for me.
I am mostly self taught and spent almost 5 years learning, practicing, and working had to perfect my craft. I refuse to list anything for sale if I'm not satisfied with it, it is extremely important to me that every piece that goes out to a new home is finely crafted.
I do my best to fully describe all items and present the best photographs that I can, however, it should be noted that different computer monitors will display colors differently. I list measurements and often take a picture with something as a size reference. But if you need additional information about a piece, please don't hesitate to contact me!
With that said - please make every effort to order correct sizing. I measure my rings on a standard US size ring mandrel. Bangles are measured at the widest point (which should match the widest spot on your closed fist - at the knuckles). Many items can NOT be resized due to gemstones. PLEASE contact me if you have questions about sizing.
I work primarily in 'one of a kind' pieces. However, I am not opposed to re-creating my own designs with the foreknowledge that due to the nature of handmade and the availability of gemstones, exact reproductions would not be possible. Similar, and spinoffs - yes. EXACT reproductions, no.

PLEASE make payment (or send money order) the same day you make your purchase. If you are unable to make payment on the same day, PLEASE let me know! I am more than willing to work with you to hold an item. We can even arrange a payment ('lay-away') plan (item would be held until full payment is made).
If I don't receive payment or hear from you within 24 hours I will contact you via Etsy. If I do not hear back from you within 24 hours, I reserve the right to cancel the sale.
I try to ship within 24 hours using USPS. Please remember that I have a family and am a one-woman-team. If an item is going to be delayed, I will let you know.
I will ship to your PAYPAL address. Please leave a note in the 'note to seller' if you would like shipment to be made to an alternate location.
I normally package jewelry threefold.
1. piece goes in a recycled cotton fill 'paperboard' box
2. that box in an airtight plastic bag
3. the entire bag in a bubblewrap envelope.
I do not automatically include an invoice/receipt as your transaction history at Etsy may serve this purpose. However, if you would like an official receipt please let me know and I will be happy to include one.
I package all of my items carefully, as noted above, to ensure they arrive safely. However, if an item does not arrive safely - please contact me immediately. I wll need you to take a photograph of the package PRIOR to opening and another photograph of the contents when you open it. This way we will properly document any damages.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you ARE satisfied with your new jewelry, PLEASE leave postiive feedback. It helps make prospective buyers confident in shopping with me and will help to establish my shop so that all my hard work pays off! I appreciate it. :)
I do not normally take custom orders, but if I do, once the item is shipped, there is no return or refund avaiable.
