Very disappointed in the size of the dinosaurs. Very tiny as opposed to the graphic on the website. They arrived on time. Also way too expensive.

About

Celebration of imperfection, uniqueness and character, inspired by the products of nature and industry.

My formal education is in environmental design and interior design but I like to experiment with different mediums and processes. My work includes physical and digital design including cards, prints and hand made objects and I am always inspired by interesting and industrial vintage and antique pieces.

You can see more of my work at http://society6.com/dproject including prints, shirts for men and women, duvet covers, wall clocks, throw pillows, shower curtains and wall tapestries.

Shipping
I ship via Canada Post, small packet ground.

Shipping usually takes about 1 week within Canada and 2-3 weeks to farther locations. (Shipping times increase during the holiday season, please keep this in mind when ordering. Customs may also require extra time for US and overseas parcels)

If you would like I can calculate faster rates for shipping for you, just send me your address.

At this time of year the Postal system will be busy, If you would like your ornaments and Christmas presents faster let me know to calculate the shipping.

Please ensure your items will reach you in time before ordering!

Please give at least 3 weeks within the US and possibly longer.

I cannot be responsible for damage caused during shipping to the US or parcels that have been opened by US customs.

I usually ship within 2 days, not including weekends and holidays, however I do sometimes ship on Saturdays if possible.

Please not that for customs purposes, packages will be marked as gift with a declared value of $5 to save extra fees on arrival.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please ensure what you are ordering is what you want, I can also send more photos if you are unsure.

Damage to glass is not covered by Canada Post. I wrap parcels very safely to ensure safe delivery, I cannot be responsible for damage caused by Canada Post, Sorry.

I cannot be responsible for damage caused during shipping to the US or parcels that have been opened by US customs.
Additional policies and FAQs
Canada Post will not insure glass, and also does not allow shipping of liquids.

I package Christmas ornaments and glass with lots of cushion. I wrap them with bubble wrap, tissue, and Styrofoam peanuts, as well as using boxes with lots of space for padding to ensure the least possible risk for ornaments.

Despite my careful packaging sending ornaments and glass is a risk, and if damage is caused by Canada Post it is not insured.

Please understand these risks before ordering.

In some situations I can refund the cost of the item, but shipping charges will not be refunded.
