~GENERAL PAYMENT INFORMATION~

Currently, I only accept payments via Paypal. However, you do not have to have an account with Paypal to use your credit or debit card.

~CANCELLATION~

If payment is not received within one week, your order with be cancelled. If you would like to arrange for an item to be held, just convo me for more information.
Shipping
~SHIPPING~

In stock orders ship within 3 days of receiving payment.

If it's "Made Upon Purchase," please allow at least two weeks to receive your item, or contact me for a more exact timeframe. Some items take less time then others, but two weeks is a good general estimate.

Custom Orders- We will discuss a timeframe based on your specific order when we work out order details. Turnaround time for most simple Custom Orders is two-three weeks.

~SHIPPING METHOD~

I ship items via USPS First Class Mail (4-6 days). If Priority Mail works out to be the same price, I will upgrade the package to that.

All of my packages are shipped with Delivery Conformation, which enables me to keep track of packages as the travel through the mail. If you are having trouble locating your package or if it seems to be taking a long time to arrive, contact me and I will gladly send you the tracking number.

International packages ship USPS First Class Mail International (7-14 days). I am sorry, but I am not responsible for any additional custom fees that you may be charged in your country. Custom fees are the responsibility of the customer.

~SHIPPING UPGRADES~

If you are interested in upgrading to Priority Mail (2-3 days) or Express Mail (1 day), please convo me or leave a message in the "message to seller" box during checkout, and I can send you a revised invoice with the change in shipping added.

I try to package everything very carefully so it will arrive to you safely.
Unfortunately, I am not responsible for any loss or damage due to the postal service. I do understand this can be a risk, so I offer insurance for purchase if you would like. Please convo me or add a message in the "message to seller" box during checkout, and I will send you a revised invoice with the change added.

~PACKAGING~

Being as good to the environment as possible is very important to me.

Most orders ship in reused boxes with reused packing materials, such as bubble wrap, newspaper, and packing peanuts.

I encourage you to please reuse or recycle your Doodleleaf packaging and pitch in to help mother Earth!
Refunds and Exchanges
~REFUNDS~

I work hard to ensure the accuracy of my images and descriptions, but I understand that sometimes it's hard to determine what something will be like until it arrives.

If you are unsatisfied with an item, contact me within 2-3 days of receiving it to set up the return. No refunds will be giving after that time frame. Items must be in original packaging, unopened and undamaged. Shipping of the return is the responsibility of the customer.

Once the Item is received, I can refund the price of the item (minus shipping) or trade it for something of equal value in my shop, whichever the buyer chooses.

~DAMAGES~

I try to package everything very carefully so that it arrives to you safely. But I also understand that things happen.

Contact me as soon as you receive an item that has been damaged in the mail and I will gladly replace it if possible or provide a refund. Damaged items should be reported within 3 days of receipt and returned in the same manner as a normal refund.

~LOSSES~

I'm sorry, but I am not responsible for packages that are lost in the mail. The best way to avoid this is to purchase insurance for your package. Convo me or leave a message in the "message to seller" box upon checkout to do this.

~CUSTOM ORDERS~

If you like one of my sold items or an item in the shop but prefer it a little different, or you have any ideas of your own, contact me and I'll see what I can do for you!

*Please be aware that given the nature of custom orders they are non-refundable. 

~DIRECT MAIL AND GIFT OPTIONS~

If your order is a gift for someone, I will gladly mail it directly to them along with a small card saying who it's from and/or a short message. Just contact me with the information or write it in the "message to seller" box at checkout.
