Thanks for shopping at DragonflyonBrady! In addition to selling on ETSY since 2009 we had an actual retail shop from 1991 (first in Cambridge, MA and then in Milwaukee, WI) specializing in vintage clothing, accessories, housewares, gifts and furniture. We enjoy searching high and low to find unique items for your home and for you. We closed our brick and mortar shop just last year after 25 years in business, so we now have more time to find treasures for our ETSY customers. Quality and sensible pricing are important to us. Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
I will accept returns if you are unhappy with the item and feel it was not as described. I will cover return shipping only if the item really was not as described.
Payment
We prefer PayPal or Direct Checkout, but please contact us if you would like to send payment by mail.

If this item is a gift and you would like it mailed to a different address, please let me know at the time of purchase.
Shipping
We always ship promptly, usually within 1-2 business days of paid purchase and generally via priority mail. If shipping cost exceeds estimated cost substantially, we will sometimes send 1st class, parcel post or when appropriate, media mail. Or in some cases UPS. so if you need this item quickly/by a certain date, please let me know

We always include tracking for domestic packages.

When shipping internationally, we are not responsible for packages lost outside of the U.S.
