5 out of 5 starsThis is my 2nd Army Hare from Annette. I love him so much and this is one of my favorite shops on Etsy. Annette is SO friendly and lovely to deal with. The way she packages each hare is so special and she includes lots of little extras that I LOVE! You can tell she loves what she creates and she hopes that you will too. Highest star here was 5, but this is a 10 for sure!

Thank you for taking the time to read my shop policies page. If anything below is not clear or you have a question please get in touch and I shall be glad to help.
I have been selling my unique, individual, handmade art for many years now. Every item is an original and has been designed and hand made entirely by me, including all the stories to accompany the hares and other beasties. All my items are unique and have been made with great thought, love and attention.
I accept commissions / custom work. Please get in touch to discuss your thoughts.

Payment is required immediately to purchase an item in stock here
but if you require more time to finalise a purchase then please do get in touch so we can discuss something to suit.
I do not reserve items without payment, but I am happy to take payments in instalments and will set up a plan that is best for you
All custom requests involving multiple items, not yet made by me, require a deposit of 50% upfront.
Payment is by PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay by PayPal and as you go thru the Payment process choose the option 'I do not have a Paypal account' then follow the instructions on how to pay by credit card of your choice. It is a secure site.
If you live in the UK I will accept £ sterling cheques and will send your items when the cheque clears.
***All custom taxes shall be the responsibility of the buyer.*** Each country will have it's own specific charges. Please check first with your country's customs regulations - if you live outside the UK as customs charges can add unexpected costs to your purchase. Each country has their own customs charges.
Shipping
I post worldwide and WILL COMBINE POSTAGE to keep costs as low as possible.
I do everything myself in my shop here, so I will be personally taking your lovely parcel to my local post office, getting it weighed and stamped, so my postal costs are kept as low as possible in line with what the post office charges me. They do a great job!
I pack all items very well. I'm really particular and fussy and pack my precious parcels as if I were the customer.
*Postal insurance is optional and if you wish to have your purchase insured then please get in touch so I can let you know how much extra it will cost.
Usually it is a bomb, and in all the years I have been posting my packages of precious cargo the post office has always delivered and always been exceptional! however sometimes it can take a while to be delivered.
I recycle and reuse all packing materials but inside the packages your item is always Gift Wrapped for You! and wrapped carefully for transit. No plastic in used in my parcels.
