Hello and welcome to my world of arts and crafts, please see my policy page for postage types, details and times. All of my home decorator items are handmade & designed by me in my little home sewing room. I tend not to use commercial patterns, but prefer to map designs out myself to keep things unique and different. I have in the past and still do supplied homewares & gift stores around Australia and the U.S and my creations seen on American TV Ads.
I appreciate payment within 5 days of auction close and only accept paypal payments due to my geographic location. Sorry I do not accept personal cheques or money orders.
Hello and welcome. I post items within 1 - 2 days of payment and via standard airmail letter or parcel and is the cost specified in each listing within my shop, this does not include a tracking number or insurance, and we are only supplied with a postage receipt which I am happy to supply you for confirmation of postage from Australia if you are concerned about your parcel. Parcels usually take approximately 7 - 14 business days not including weekends to reach you to most overseas destinations.
Please note that during the holiday christmas season that parcels can take up to a month to reach overseas destinations due to the large amounts of mail and parcels going through the postal system at this time,
Tracking is available for international letters of under 50g for total cost of $22,for letters 50-250g at total cost of $24 USD, and for a letter of 250g - 500g $26.00. If you require tracking please let me know prior to checkout or purchase so I can adjust the listing to suit you prior to purchase. How our Australian postal system works is I will require your email for pack and track postage. The international courier that delivers your item then keeps you updated at all stages of the travels of your parcel. Our postal system works totally differently to the United States system and cannot be tracked through your postal system. Any further questions feel free to contact me for further details via convo.
If your parcel has not turned up within 14 business days not including weekends it is because customs sometimes like to do random checks on international parcels, deliveries to country or non metropolitan areas takes longer, and or floods, cyclones, tornadoes or blizzards or adverse weather conditions prevail in your area.
All items are packaged securely in sealed plastic packages to protect them from postal damage and weather. I am not responsible for loss or damage or excessive shipping time taken by any postal service as this is totally out of my control. I do keep all of my postage receipts for yours and my reference.
Please take into consideration all of the above conditions before purchasing.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do not refund on items purchased. Everything made is double checked for quality, stitching and item descriptions before listing in my shop and again before postage to make sure they are in tip top condition to make their home in your home.
Should your item be faulty due to a manufacturing problem and is unable to be used, returns will be accepted with the purchaser paying return postage on the item, providing the item is in the original unused condition in which it was sent and returned within 14 business days of receipt of the item by you. Please contact me via etsy convo. I don't accept returns simply because you have changed your mind. Any refunds will be the original purchase price less postage costs, paypal & etsy fees incurred by me for the transaction.
Due to health regulations no refunds will not be given on hair accessories or eye masks.

I reserve the right to copyright on all of my creations and frown on copies.
I am happy to do personal or shop special orders, time allowing, so if you have your heart set on something please convo me and I am only to happy to help if I can. Please allow 1 week for me to make smaller special orders and 2 weeks for larger special orders, because of the reasons below and for time to acquire any fabrics I may need to complete your order.
Being a carer to my husband who was in a military tank accident a number of years ago (one of only two survivors from both tank crews). This is why I now work part time from home. Sometimes my time is limited and my caring role can be higher depending on the weather, as my husband has severe arthritis and consequently mobility problems. On a positive note the lovely packaging of your items is done by my darling husband too, so it is very much a family affair.
May all of our current serving military personnel and those injured in the line of duty, be looked after and bought home safely.
