If you are not satisfied with your item please contact me so that we can try and work things out.

I will not accept returns if the buyer has not made any contact within two weeks of receiving the item.

The preferred methods of payment are credit card and PayPal.


I also accept checks and money orders.

***Massachusetts buyers will be charged 6.25% sales tax.***

I will ship your order within three business days of payment being received. (For those of you paying by check, e-check or money order, this means I will ship within three days of the check being cleared)

I ship USPS First-Class and Priority Mail.

Insurance can be added to any order. Please contact me with the items you’d like to order for an insurance price.


***International Customers***

I can not account for delays in customs.

Buyers are responsible for all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

Items do come from a pet friendly home. Specifically, I have one cat.

***Custom Orders***

I welcome inquires about custom orders, recreations of previous work, and adjustments to current items.

Custom orders and recreations will take an additional 1 to 4 days before they are shipped.

Additional time for adjustments will vary depending on the complexity of the alteration.


***Gifts***
I am happy to gift-wrap items at no extra charge. Just ask for gift-wrapping in the note section during checkout.

I do include receipts with my jewelry, so if you would like me to leave this out just mention it in note section during checkout.
