Born from a deep love of K-pop and glitter and a need to create, DramaramaDesigns brings you many unique, handmade jewelry designs. While I do offer many K-pop specific items, there are many designs for day-to-day wear or use. All my designs are original and made by my hands, unless otherwise noted. Occasionally I do need an outside party to produce my design.

I work full time at my "real" job and then create my designs in my home studio in my spare time, so please allow 3-5 days production time for smaller pieces, unless otherwise noted, so that I can make your item(s) and ship them out to you. I make sure everything is securely packaged so that it will arrive intact. I have my little paws on every step of the process. I do want your feedback and I make every effort to earn your 5 stars! If there is ever any issue with one of your items, please let me know ASAP so that I can have a chance to do something about it. Please understand that due to current order load, tumblers require 2-3 weeks production time. I have been pretty busy with orders lately and I do not have anyone to help, so this may delay production as well.

I like to include a goodie, such as a homemade photocard of a random Monsta X member, when I have them available. I don't have cards made of other fandoms just yet, so please don't be too disappointed if you don't get one with a BTS or ATEEZ! If you don't respond to my email after you order, I will have to choose for you!

Things you should know:
~~I will not ship to any address that is UNVERIFIED by USPS. Please make sure you include Apt. #, Suite, Building, Floor, etc. on your mailing address. If the address shows as unverified, I will contact you and your item will NOT ship it until you correct it. This WILL cause a shipping delay. It may be as simple as leaving out the apartment number, or abbreviating something that should not be abbreviated. To avoid this, just accept the address that USPS recommends during checkout. If you know it is correct, just shoot me a message stating this fact.
~~I prefer not to ship internationally due to the high shipping cost. I certainly will do it, but please understand that I have zero control over the cost. Etsy provides discounted shipping costs, so that is as low as it will get! With current restrictions, it may not be possible to ship to your country. There also may be delays, which are out of my control.
~~Each item is handmade at the time you order. If you need multiples of the same item, please order at the same time so the colors will match exactly. Many of my glittered pieces are custom mixes and may or may not look the same from batch to batch.
~~A cat owns this household and I do everything I can to prevent cat hair or fuzz from getting into my pieces, but that is not always possible. Please understand that there could be a stray fuzz, glitter, or particle in there! If I spot it as I am making the piece, I will fix it. But I am human and can miss things. Please understand!
~~Tumblers are hand washed prior to packing up, but please do still wash them before use because I have no idea what they are exposed to after they leave my hands.
~~Another thing about tumblers. Please follow proper care instructions as noted in the listing and the little care card that they come with. Hand wash only, no bleach or harsh chemicals, no abrasives, no soaking, and do not drop them! Misuse is easy to spot, so please don't try to put it on me if that happens. If something legitimately happens out of your control, please contact me so we can see if it can be fixed.
