Unless listed as Ready-to-Ship {RTS}, all items are made to order. As a result, returns/refunds are not accepted. Being that we take extreme pride in the {draped in} élan reputation for immaculate quality, and award-worthy service, we ensure you that the products you receive will meet and/or exceed your expectations! However, should you un-box your D.I.E. bundle of bliss, and find yourself dissatisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us within 48hrs of confirmed delivery so that we may work together to reach a satisfactory resolution.

Shipping
All domestic orders will be shipped First-Class via USPS (typical transit time of 3-5 business days once shipped) unless the weight requires Priority Shipping. Priority & Priority Express shipping options are available for a premium at checkout.
You will receive an email confirming that your order has been received on our end. Once shipped, you'll receive another email detailing tracking information. This will include the (expected) delivery date of your goodies, thus allowing you to marvel with anticipation over your orders every move!
Please, please, PLEASE be sure to confirm that the correct address has been listed on your order prior to hitting the submit button, as that is the shipping address used by default... & we certainly wouldn't want "the neighbor" reaping the benefits of your exquisite taste (and hard earned monies)... unless, of course, you did, in fact, intend to gift your neighbor...! (we digress)

Once your order is handed over to the post office, we cannot be held responsible for the journey/delivery of your package. Truth is, as much as we'd like to hand deliver each and every order, we cannot. So we are trusting our local carrier to do their part in getting your goodies to you as swiftly, and delicately as possible. Should a hiccup (delay) in transit arise, please contact your local post office to inquire about the packages travels/whereabouts using the tracking information provided in your shipment email.
