Your files will be available to immediately download once payment is confirmed, then please go to your "Purchases and reviews" menu.

opening .zip files?
You need a program to unzip ".zip" files. There are many free and safe programs for that like Winzip. You can check here "How to Unzip a File With Winzip": https://www.wikihow.com/Unzip-a-File-or-Folder-With-Winzip
If there will be any issue with downloading/don't know how to open .zip files; Just write me an Etsy convo message with your email address, you could get your purchased files via email.
If you receive a damaged file, I will gladly exchange it for a new one or in another format.
