can I combine my orders into one shipment?
yes, please contact me by etsy message before your orders have shipped. I can combine them and issue a refund for any extra shipping costs paid.
if you do not contact me about combining, I will proceed to ship the orders separately. (if I am including free gifts with orders at least you'll receive them twice if I have enough!)
how should I wash my pillowcase / daki?
remove your pillow insert and you can wash it with cold water on a gentle cycle.
where can I get a body pillow insert?
I personally recommend this cheap 20x52" pillow! be aware that it is slightly shorter than the pillowcase, so there will be a few loose inches at the ends:

for a tighter fit, this 20x60" pillow's dimensions are more accurate to my cases, but I do not have personal experience with fitting the case around it:

if you cannot buy these pillows or the links are outdated, your best bet may be a home goods store with a bedding section or even using two standard size pillows.
will you make (specific character) body pillow/daki design?
currently I have plans to draw a few more sleeping character pillowcases. unfortunately I cannot promise character requests, though I can take suggestions into consideration. I don't have plans to draw any other full size body pillows currently, or to add a back design to any existing dakis.

why can't I place an order to my country?
if your country is unavailable as a shipping option, it is likely due to USPS international restrictions and I simply would not be able to send a parcel there without paying $100 or more with another shipping service. I would suggest looking into whether there are reasonable proxy services that will forward mail to you from the US.
currently there is also an error on a product that says it is unavailable even to the US that seems to just be an etsy issue. the g'raha tia sleepy pillow is available under the crystal exarch sleepy pillow listing for now to get around the problem!
