Here you will find information of how I treat data through Dream Capture Artworks Etsy shop which sells to UK residents only.

INFORMATION I COLLECT AND HOW I USE IT.

To fulfil your order, you must provide certain information which you authorised Etsy to provide to me.
This will include: your name, email address, postal address, payment confirmation, and the details of the product that you’re ordering.

Your payment details are not disclosed to myself and and are made through Etsy which has it's own privacy statement.
Monies from sales that Dream Capture Artwork make are deposited to my personal business account once a week by Etsy.

Your information is kept online in my shop account should I need to rely on if for any legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:

To provide my services, such as when fulfilling your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support.
If necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law.
I use your information as necessary to comply with my obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.

A strong password is used to enter my account and I do not use the same password twice for any of my business accounts.


SHARING AND DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION.

Information about my customers is important to my business.
I share your personal information for limited reasons and circumstances, as follows:

I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.

I use trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
I often will have proof of postage receipts of orders which will have your address on but not with your your name. All your full details will only be kept within my online account with Etsy and dispatch dates will be matched in order to find you should I need to.

Business transfers. I don't plan to but if in the unlikely event I sell or merge my business, your customer information that is provided to me by Etsy may be disclosed but only to the extent permitted by law.

Compliance with laws.
I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.


DATA RETENTION

I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services through Etsy and as described in this Privacy Policy.
I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements.
I generally keep your data for the following time period: 4 years.


CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY NOTICE

You will always be able to access this notice in my shop information. It may be updated from time to time under regular review.
