DreamerHill is a creative tempest that boils out from the brain of the Creatrix, Pixie Grimes. With a respectful nod to Mother Earth, Pixie tries to keep things as green as possible. She uses organic ingredients, thrifted materials, recycled and freecycled items to make her creations truly one of a kind.

Returns and exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with anything you have purchased, we will do everything we can to fix it.

In order to return, exchange or receive store credit for an item you must:
1) Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item that you are not happy with.
2) Send it back to us within 7 days of receiving it.
3) Cover all shipping costs (not refundable).

Returned pieces MUST be in new condition.

ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL!

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us. It's important to us that you're happy with the work.
Payment
I use Paypal, but I may be willing to negotiate for certain circumstances.

Payments MUST be made within 48 hours. If a payment has not been received in that time and you have not contacted me, the item will be relisted!
Shipping
All orders will be shipped within 2 business days. Shipping is $3.00 standard and anything with a substantial weight may increase the shipping; an email will be sent with the adjusted price.

Orders outside of the United States is $5.00 standard and my increase with a substantially weighty item.
