* I was humbled when Ride 2 Recovery, a nonprofit organization that raises funds to rehabilitate our soldiers when they come home from service, presented my clocks to French government officials during the Tour De France honoring the 70th anniversary of D-day and Normandy. This is truly one of the greatest honors in my professional life.

Gift wrapping and packaging
I'm happy to add a personalized note to your order, just include the details in the notes section of your order. FYI, I literally copy and paste whatever you write, so *please* double check everything!
I do not have the ability to gift wrap something because I don't buy or use wrapping paper myself. A few years ago on Christmas morning I watched my family unwrap gifts and then fill several large trash bags with discarded wrapping paper and it made me so sad! The next week I went to the thrift store and bought pillow cases, tablecloths, etc. and made reusable gift bags and haven't purchased gift wrapping since. Just like making clocks out of discarded materials, I love finding new ways to save our beautiful planet!

International Orders
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE NOTE:
you will be responsible for any import fees, duties, VAT, GST/PST, or any inbound customs tax or Royal Mail fees assessed by your country upon delivery, and these are not included in the amount you pay when you complete your purchase through Etsy or PayPal.
I will not illegally mark your package as a "gift" to try and get around this, so please don't ask. I run my business as I do my life, with honesty and integrity. End of story.
If an item gets left in customs and is not picked up and is eventually returned to me, your order will be cancelled and the item cost refunded to you less shipping, packaging that cannot be reused, and any fees that I won't get refunded.
What happens if tracking shows an item is delivered but I can't find it?
Please understand that I cannot be responsible for an order AFTER tracking shows it has been delivered. If this happens, and gosh I hope it never does, I will make sure you have all of the information you need to file a mail theft report and assist you with a claim if applicable. Mail theft is a federal crime so I will encourage you to follow up with your local police department and file a police report (and I will do the same on my end, if appropriate). The sooner you do this, the better, as the police department will follow up with your neighbors and the postman to get input on suspicious activity in your neighborhood or any deliveries to you they may have seen. This is very rare but does happen and I want to help in any way I can!
