Returns and exchanges

I don't accept cancellations
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
We apologize for the necessity, but refunds for one of a kind artwork are not really very practical. Please be sure of your purchase before paying.
If an item is determined to be unusable upon receipt, such as earrings ordered in the wrong gauge, we will consider exchange for store credit if the item(s) are returned in the condition in which they were received.
We are not responsible for paying shipping on any form of returns.
Items which are personalized with any form of engraving or special etchings will not be eligible for store credit exchange.
If an item arrives damaged, please make a claim to the Postal Service.
We are not responsible for transit damage. If it is repairable, our warranty covers the repairs. Please ship it back to us if you would like to have it repaired.
If it gets lost in the mail, we will make you another if possible, but not for free.
Lost packages will not be refunded, as we have no control over packages once they have been mailed.
Items stolen from packages in transit are the responsibility of the postal service.
Items are shipped wrapped with paper inside either a box or padded envelope.
If your item arrives without a sticker sealing the inside paper, it is time to talk to the Postal Service if something is missing or damaged inside.
Shipping is at your own risk. If you want insurance on a shipment, you need to convo us about it first so that we can adjust the price of the listing to reflect the additional cost of the insurance.

Your order will not ship until we have received payment.

Other shipping options are available, including overnight delivery for Ready To Ship items. If you want insurance or a different shipping method, you need to contact us before purchasing.
All shipments come with a tracking number unless a specialty shipping method is used at customers request which doesn't allow a tracking number.
Insurance is available, but you need to contact me before checkout so I can add it to your desired listing.
If you need something for a deadline, PLEASE LET ME KNOW in the note to seller section of your order. I cannot guarantee any deadline if you do not tell me about it.
If the deadline is closer than two weeks, or near a major holiday, contact me BEFORE purchasing to make sure I can make it. If you don't contact me before purchase, I will not guarantee the deadline at all.

All of our work is built to last at least a lifetime.
{Excepting that which is either in the form of Art cards, prints, or things which naturally wear out over time such as leather }
If you have any problem with something purchased from us, as long as the damage is not due to intentional abuse, our warranty coves the repairs. For leathergoods & textiles, we'll do our best to fix it, but we can't guarantee leather & textiles the way we can metalwork. One of a kind carvings will also be fixed to the degree possible, but will not be re-carved or replaced. All pieces must be shipped back for a repair to be successful. Beaded work will be restrung, and missing beads replaced if possible.
Natural wear of beaded work IS covered, and we'll restring it for you as many times as you like.
Just contact us and be ready to pay the shipping both ways- we cover the rest.
