I'm very happy with my scrunchie. I bought the Rowena, and it's a stunning colour, a lovely deep purple velvet. It's very full, and looks great in my hair. The elastic is strong, it feels very secure. Loved the little extra stickers too, super sweet!

All items listed here have been hand made by myself, from scrunchies to candles to costuming and more!

I am based in Aotearoa / New Zealand and my processing time can be anywhere from 1 - 10 business days depending on the item. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

Scrunchies currently come in 3 sizes, Petite, Regular and Grande. Petite and Regular are made with 12mm non-roll elastic and Grandes are made with 20mm non-roll elastic. Not all fabrics are available in all sizes. Petite is recommended for fine, thin or short hair, Regular for normal to thick hair and Grande for normal, thick or long hair.

Costuming sizing is in cm and will be listed on the item.

I ship items via NZ Post and use Pollastic mailing bags, tissue paper and try to re-use any packing I receive.

Yes, everything is handmade by myself (my partner sometimes helps out too)

How do I track my order?

Tracking info is sent by Esty once shipped, please check your junk/spam before getting in touch.

Can I pick up my order?

For my privacy, I do not allow pick ups unless you already know me sorry.
I do attend Markets in Auckland regularly, check my announcement at top or my Facebook page for dates & locations, message me for a free shipping code and you can pick up items from there.

Can I wash my scrunchies?

Yes you can, I recommend a cold wash inside a delicates bag and hang to dry, do not tumble dry as this can deteriorate the elastic.
