I’ve recently had open heart surgery to close a 4.6cm hole in my heart. I’m proud of what I have overcome and wanted to celebrate the moment with something special. The ring is absolutely beautiful and I wish I could convey just how much it means to me. Thank you from the bottom of my newly patched and fixed heart :)

Bought this once before 4 years ago, and bought it again! Beautiful craftsmanship and this one didn’t take as long to get to me! WIN/WIN

Perfect graduation gift. Seemed expensive for a small silver ring that usually runs about $45 in my area, but international, hand made goods may require a bit more than expected. I do love it for her and would like one of my own.

Silver jewelry handcrafted with two hands. And heart.

The catalyst for Dreaming Tree Creations occurred at a quintessential moment in a car 8 years ago leaving Byron Bay, Australia while passing a monumental fig tree in the hillside, perfectly illuminated by the sunset. In that instant, with the music perfect, wind blowing through the car, sunshine streaming, my life redirected from Corporate America goals to personal fulfillment and silversmithing. This Dreaming Tree switched on my passion. It's incredible what you can do when you follow your heart, and how a moment can change everything.

Likewise, many designs and ideas come from a single moment of clarified inspiration. Sparked by a person, a place, a time, a feeling. Nature, music, travel, experience. At these times, I rush to my bench and my hands craft at double speed, my eyes wide open like a child as my idea unfolds into a tangible object. It's not something that can be forced or pried from mind and fingertip, but when it strikes... it's golden (actually, it's silver).

Every single item is hand crafted specifically for you, and nearly all of them customized to fit your thoughts, experiences, and memories. In doing this, in some unexplained way I think energy is perpetuated and transferred. I pour my heart into each item I create for you, and it's something you can feel aside from the item itself.

About the nitty gritty: I use traditional tools that have been used for centuries. I use a fine jeweler's saw to hand cut delicate shapes, tiny drills, a high temp. torch, pliers of all shapes and sizes, hammers galore, metal alphabet stamp sets of different fonts and sizes, metal blocks, liquid solutions in jars, files, sandpaper sticks, and buffing pads. Hundreds of tools line my shelves and are often scattered around my floor/bed/table/chairs/workbench. It's a totally beautiful mess.

Connecting with you here in this space, person to person, is the most fulfilling aspect of hand crafting jewelry. Please follow up, tell me where your Dreaming Tree jewelry lives, the reaction if you gifted it. When that jewelry box was opened and it brought tears, it brings joyful tears to me too. Isn't that a magical thing to share?
