Welcome to my shop - I hope you find items here that are both practical and inspiring.

I take pride in creating quality handmade items that will add some colour and creativity to your life as you use them every day. All of my items are made to order and customizable, so you can express yourself with style.

Remember: No two handmade items are exactly the same, especially when you can customize almost everything about them - My creations are as unique as you are!

Returns and exchanges
I take great pride in the quality of all of my work and will never send anything out my door that isn't as perfect as I can make it. But if you should have a reason to return or exchange an item, here are the details on how to do that. And of course, please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions about your items.

Please note that due to the nature of crocheted items, most items will stretch over time with use. I try to compensate for this when I create fitted items (such as laptop sleeves) by making them a bit snug. So please don't be alarmed if your item fits a bit on the tight side (or if it takes a little maneuvering to get it on your device), it will stretch out within a few days with regular use. Of course, if you can't get the item onto your device AT ALL, please contact me with your concern right away.

If you are not satisfied, please contact me through email within 7 days of receiving your item(s). Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Items being returned are expected to arrive in new condition (never been used). Service fees (such as for a rush orders or additional customizations) are nonrefundable.
Payment can be made by PayPal (including credit card) or by email money transfer to christine.mishra [!at] gmail.com
Please make the payment at the time of purchase, or within 48 hours of purchase if sending an email money transfer. If you are having trouble making a payment, please contact me for assistance.

The transaction will be canceled if payment is not received with 48 hours of purchase, unless you notify me with a message explaining the delay, within the 48 hour timeframe.
--Turnaround Time for Custom Orders--
I take great care and pay special attention when creating each item. The turnaround time depends on the item, largely due to the item's size or complexity. Please note that turnaround time is dated from the time that I receive your final confirmation message regarding custom requests.

In general completion times are as follows:
-Laptop and tablet sleeves are almost always completed in under a week
-Baby blankets may take up to two weeks

--Custom Order Request Form & Confirmation Messages--
Since all of my items are custom and made-to order, there is a wide range of information (colours, dimensions, embelishments, patterns, etc.) that I need from you about the order, before I can begin creation of your item.

Each item description includes a "Custom Order Request Form" which you need to copy and paste from the description, into the notes section of your order. And then of course I need you to answer those questions before you hit send!

In order to ensure your satisfaction with the final product, I will send you a confirmation message to ensure that I have all the details correct. I will not begin production on your item until I get your response to my confirmation message. Please respond to the confirmation message as quickly as possible, to ensure the most favourable turnaround time.

--Additional Customization/Upgrades--
Each item is clearly marked with the types of materials and finishings which are included in the price. If you would like to request premium materials or additional embellishments or additions, please send me a message before placing your order so I can let you know about pricing for your request, set up an appropriate listing.

If you think of upgrades you would like, between the time that you place your base order, and your final confirmation message, then please let me know, and I can set up an additional "upgrade" listing which you can purchase as well, to cover the difference in costs.

Note: Once I have received your final confirmation and begun production, there will be an additional fee for any changes to materials. If production is more than 50% complete when I receive your late request, it may not be possible to accomodate.

I do my best to ensure that orders ship out within 24 hours of the day they are completed; or 48 hours over Canadian Statutory Holiday, when the post offices are closed.

I ship worldwide, via Canada Post standard mail. Rates do not include tracking, insurance, or faster delivery. If you require any of these services, there will be an extra charge. Please let me know of these particular requests before you place your order so I can update the shipping costs accordingly.

Customers buying from outside Canada are responsible for any fees levied by taxes or customs. Customs declaration forms will be filled out accurately with the value and the description of the item(s).

When your item ships, I'll send you an email you to let you know that it's on it's way to you, and the estimated time of delivery that I've been told by the Post Office.

**Free Shipping for Regina Residents! If you live in the Regina area, please send me a message, and I will provide you with a coupon code for free local delivery and we can arrange an in person delivery.**

Most orders are shipped in a standard mailing padded envelope, wrapped in tissue paper.

Gift wrapping and a special note are available at no extra charge upon request.

--Rush Orders--
A couple rush orders are available each week. Since these orders are created when I would not normally be working, rush orders are at an additional fee per item (somewhat like overtime). Please send me a message via Etsy Conversations to inquire about rush orders before placing your order so I can set up a special listing with the appropriate price. Please note that at some times I may have too many orders at once, so rush orders may not be possible.

--Cancellation Policy--
Cancellations will only be accepted and approved if placed before order is shipped. You must place a cancellation request within 24 hours of placing your order. If your cancellation is approved you will be refunded accordingly, at 100%, as long as you have placed the cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.
