Welcome to my little Italian world. I will be happy if you find something you like in my creation and my items.

About my items:

Planning regarding the matching of colors and components and careful research of quality materials.
I like to constantly try new experiments and new materials and combinations, my productions are often unique pieces or limited edition.
Almost all the materials that I use (or vintage items I sell) are Made in Italy .... because I am Italian ;-)))

*** I try to take great care to describe my collection accurately and to provide all of the information that you need to know for your purchase, but ... I apologize in advance for my bad English, hoping that does not create misunderstanding. For any questions please contact me and we will try to resolve.

Returns and exchanges
As a general rule I do not accept returns or reflections, the buyer must be aware of its actions and take responsibility for their purchases.
I try to work in the most honest and fair as possible and I expect the same professionalism from my customers. Thank you in advance!
But if the item you wish to return has been represented accurately, but you just don't like the fit, color, etc., upon my approval I will accept your return. When I receive your return, you will receive a merchandise credit with me for the total amount of your purchase, minus any shipping and fees costs. Furthermore, if you want, you may exchange the item for another piece in my collection (paying any difference if the price of the new object selected is higher than your credit, and/or preserving the remaining credit for another purchase if the price of the chosen object is less than your credit).

NOTE: >>> Don't do something vindictive, as to damage the object, and then try to convince me that it left my shop that way, then I will not take it back and you will not receive a store credit or a refund. I know each piece intimately. I have inspected them, tried them on, photographed them many, many times. Don't take it out on the items; it won't work anyway.

All sales are final except in the case of gross misrepresentation: that is, when an items does not correspond objectively and significantly to its description.
If this should happen you are entitled to ask for the return of the item: I will consider these requests if made within 3 days from the delivery of the item.
I will contact you promptly, and we will certainly find the best way to solve the problem.

Some Countries allow this right on items purchased by Professional Sellers.
Since I am I Private Seller auctioning only personal used items such right in not applicable to any of my item you purchase.

On all items sold through my auctions any warranty is categorically and explicitly excluded.
On the basis of a ruling by the European Community, private sellers are requested to provide a warranty unless such warranty is explicitly excluded in their Terms Of Sales.
I do offer, however, my personal guarantee that my items are in the condition they are described, are those appearing in the pictures, and are all absolutely authentic.

Please check your items when you receive them. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact me before leaving feedback, we will try to reach an agreement.

I will release my feedback after yours, because this ... Your feedback will be for me the confirmation that the item has arrived undamaged.

I require payment within 24 hours of purchase. If payment is not received, I reserve the right to cancel the transaction. If you for some reason cannot make payment within 24 hours, please contact me.

I accept Paypal only. You don't have to have an account with Paypal to be able to pay me using your credit card; just select "Pay with Paypal" >>> When it takes you to the "sign in" screen, simply look to the left and continue with the option to "check out without signing in". It is a CC terminal like any other; no Pay Pal account needed.

I usually ship by priority mail (normal mail) because it is more faster and less expensive for the buyer. If you want a registered and traceable shipping (it is tracked within Italian border) contact me by convo before purchase and I will adjust shipping costs before your payment.
I ship within 3 days of receiving payment (I usually dispatch faster, but due to unexpected events that may come up I indicate 3 days to allow a reasonable safety margin).
If the purchase was made over the week-end or public holidays I will send to the next first working day.
I will send a convo to notify despatch.
Please consider that I cannot be responsible for any duties or customs fees for international orders, they are sole responsibility of the buyer.

As I do my best to make the safest package, please note that I am not responsible for any damage or loss incurred during shipping.
All items travel at your own risk, unless insured: once I hand over your item to the Post Office, its custody and care is legally transferred to the Poste Italiane.
My responsibility is limited to supply you with a copy of the original Post Office receipt as evidence that the your item was shipped.
Therefore, I am not in any way responsible if your item is damaged or lost while in transit, unless it was insured.
Remember that Insurance on Registered Air Mail in not available to all Countries and that some items cannot be insured due to International Postal Rules: please enquire before bidding if you require insured shipping.

I keep for 24 months all shipping receipts issued by the Post Office as a proof that the item was shipped on the day indicated on the Shipping Notification I send.
Upon request I will gladly send you a copy of your receipt by e-mail.

Shipping to America and Japan generally takes around 15-25 days to arrive, although it can vary from a few days to a month.
To Europe things are quicker, like 7-15 days, and 15-30 days to New Zealand and Australia.

In general if your purchase isn't arrived within about three weeks after you order, please let me know, I'll always be glad to talk with you to work things out about any problem. But before getting worried we should give the package all the time it needs to arrive.

I am not in any way responsible for any delay in delivery caused by Poste Italiane or by the Postal System or the Customs of the Country of destination.
Once I hand over a package to the Post Office I no longer have any influence on its handling time.

I cannot be held responsible if the shipping address you indicated is incorrect thus making the item undeliverable and immediately returnable to the sender.
Also, I cannot be held responsible if item is not delivered by the Postman because the addressee is absent and nobody else is there to sign on his behalf for acceptance, or if the addressee himself does not pick-up the package at the Post Office after the postman leaves a notice of unsuccessful delivery.
The notes contains instructions on what to do next and a deadline; when the deadline expires (7 to 10 days) the package will be automatically returned to the sender.
It is your responsibility to avoid that all this happens.
Upon the package return I will ship it back to you only if you pay me the Return Shipment costs, the Return Import Fees if applied, and the New Shipping Costs to dispatch again the package.

*** My delivery costs are not inflated, but those strictly necessary to send the packet according to its weight and packaged safely.

*** For multiple purchases in my store if the parcel is within the 2 kilos of weight the shipping charges will be combined for only $ 30.00 for all items together.
Additional policies and FAQs
If for some reason you are dissatisfied with the transaction, please do not enter immediately a negative or neutral feedback: you ought to think twice before ruining the reputation of a good seller.
Instead, contact me and give me an opportunity to correct the issue to our mutual satisfaction: we all can make mistakes with no dishonesty involved, but just out of distraction.
Moreover since I ship from Italy, this entails both higher shipping rates and a longer delivery time: it is unfair to compare both to shipments made within your Country.
Finally, please try to be fair and do not split hairs or expect old objects to be exactly as new ones: even mint, new old stock, and unused items cannot be as new for the obvious reason that they have been sitting around for some time.
This happens quite often with new buyers without previous experience in purchasing used items online: they erroneously set their expectations too high, thus remaining dissatisfied with their purchases.
A buyer should never valued on expectations, that are highly subjective, but only on the objective correspondence of the items to their descriptions and pictures, and on the service given to the buyers in terms of pre and post sale communication and handling time.

PLEASE NOTE: Some of my items are VINTAGE (and many others made with vintage or recycled materials), so always expect that they will be "perfect in their imperfection". Flaws add character and tell a story. Even items listed as NOS (New Old Stock) will not be "new" like the items you would purchase in most stores today. If you want "new vintage" or "vintage style" there are plenty of mass-produced machine-made which waiting for you at department stores.
