Each of my items is handmade. My items are not something that you can buy in a big-box store, or any department store. I also do not conduct business like a 'store'. I ask that you read all of my Policies before purchasing any of my items.

I try to be as meticulous as I can be when it comes to my creations and I will package and take care of my creations so that you receive a thing of beauty when you open the box or envelope they come in.

I add insurance on all of my packages on any item over $20 within the U.S. and I add Delivery Confirmation on all of my U.S. packages as well. I may occasionally add Signature Confirmation as well. I am protecting my buyer and myself by doing this.

Note: To keep things transparent, I am also the Community Manager at 1000Markets.com

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Please note: For hygienic reasons, NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED on hats/headpieces or anything worn on the head or hair. (I know where the hat/hairpiece has been while it has been in my possession. I have no way of knowing where it has been after leaving my possession and I could not guaranty it has not been worn/used to another customer).

I do not offer refunds on my items unless my description is faulty or I have misrepresented myself and if that has happened, I will refund your money, less shipping, after the return of my item, in the same condition as it left my hands originally. You must return ship the item to me using the same method of shipping, including insurance, delivery confirmation or signature confirmation, that I used when I shipped to you.
Payment
Sales tax (8.25%) is included by PAYPAL for anyone purchasing within the State of California or using a State of California address.
Shipping
I ship once a week... usually on Thursdays. If you have bought an item on a Thursday, I will try to get it out in that days mailing, but I make no guarantees that it will. If it doesnt make it, it will go out the following Thursday.....but usually... I get your item out within 2 days, no matter what day of the week it is :)

I prefer to use Priority Mail (USPS) within the U.S. With Priority Mail I can track, include insurance, delivery confirmation and signature confirmation (if needed) AND usually get your item to you within 2-3 days. My listings show U.S. to U.S. shipping prices using Priority Mail with appropriate insurance included.

I prefer to use Priority Mail Int'l on my international packages. I can track in the U.S. until the item leaves our shores. I can include insurance with Priority Mail Int'l and there is tracking available once the item hits foreign soil. The prices shown in my listings is for Priority Mail Int'l with insurance/indemnity for the item included.

Should an item arrive damaged or not arrive at all because of the U.S. mail, we will both need to contact the US Postal Service and begin proceedings to kick the insurance into place so that neither of us takes a loss.
