Frequently asked questions
How long does it take for orders to be shipped out?

Orders are shipped weekly on Saturday. Orders placed on a Saturday will go out the next Saturday.

Check the shop announcements and Instagram (@DriftingDaydreamerArt) to know the current shipping times.

When will I get my order?

I ship through USPS First Class. For US orders, it usually takes about 3-7 days for you to get your order, 14 days at most. For International folks, it’ll take about 7-14 days, at most 28. Please allow up to 2 weeks (14 days) of delay due to Covid.

If you haven't received your order after allocating for this delay, please let me know so we can work together to resolve the issue.

What is the difference between A Grade and Seconds pins?

A Grade pins have very small, almost unnoticeable blemishes and flaws, such as lightly scratched metal, minor metal discolorations, small bubbles in the enamel.

Seconds pins have more noticeable flaws, such as under- or over-filled enamel, stained or chipped metal, discolored or dirty enamel, and other similar errors.

As all pins are handmade, there will always be at least minor imperfections in the process.
