Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
Refunds and cancellations are not available at this time due to the nature of the item being handmade to order.
If an item is damaged you MUST contact me within 48 house of receiving the item. I will be glad to replace the item at no cost to you. You must provide a picture of the broken/damaged item to receive a replacement.
If you are not happy with your order please contact me and I will try my best to fix the problem.
A replacement cup will be sent to you if there has been mistake on my behalf at no cost to you.

Payment
Payment must be received before your order can be made, packaged and shipped.
Payment is required within 24 hours of using PayPal. After this time, item will be relisted.
Shipping
We ship priority mail USPS mail within 1-2 week of your order, does not include shipping time. Decals ship first class mail through the USPS, unless you have made arrangements with me to ship your decal/s priority for a small fee. You will receive an email letting you know the item has shipped. A shipping notification is sent to you automatically when I print the label. Please allow up to 24 hours for the package to update. We ship priority to keep shipping prices as low as possible for you and provide tracking numbers for every purchase. As always with priority shipping your item is tracked and insured.
Once you purchase your receipt will have a "ship by date" I try my best to ship before that date. If you need something shipped sooner than my turnaround time visit this link

Please note that orders are processed on business days Monday- Friday. If your order is scheduled to ship on a Saturday or Sunday it won't ship until Monday morning. Occasionally I ship orders on Saturday.

Frequently asked questions:

How long will it take to ship?
I currently gave a 1-2 weeks turnaround time and decals are 3-5 days turnaround time. I try my best to ship before the 2 weeks. If you need something to ship right away please visit my "add on" tab in the homepage of my shop and you will find a "Rush my order" This will bring you to the top of the list and allows your item to be shipped within 1-3 business days of ordering.

Do you ship International?
I currently only ship in the United States.

Do you take custom orders?
Yes, I do. All you have todo is click the "custom order request" in the home page of my shop. I will then ask you a couple questions and determine if I can make your order.

Do you customize color in lettering?
Yes, every listing has a color chart for the lettering. You can choose the color you want and then leave that information in "notes to seller" at checkout.

Do you give discounts?
Yes, I do. please contact me through conversation if you are ordering more than 12+ cups. If you want to receive special coupon codes please follow me on Instagram @drinkbliss1 for promotions and sales.
