Creative mind

I started my etsy shop after finishing grad school in 2008, into the worst economy since the great depression. I loved making greeting cards in grad school as a hobby and tried selling them here. As I worked, I started toying with the idea of making my own stamps, and eventually started offering them in my shop. I always have hundreds of ideas for designs and love carving!

I've always been very artistic. I started taking art classes when I was just 5 years old. I went to school to study music, but never lost that artistic side. And even though I hadn't used the medium of rubber before, I had a lifetime of experience designing, drawing, doodling, painting, etc, so it was a natural transition.

I play the drums, which is where the name for Drum Chick Designs came from. I perform with several bands, I teach high school drumline and private music lessons.

Welcome to my shop! I'm a hand crafter and professional musician!

If you need to contact me, please do so through the "conversation" system on etsy. If you do not have an account, and do not wish to open one, you can contact me at drumchick99 [!at] gmail.com

I love making paper crafts and I started making stamps and other embellishments because of the strict angel policies of many large manufacturers. I want artists to use my items in their creations without worrying about copyrights. Of course, there are terms to use my items, but it is very open. See below.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
If your item is damaged or is not correct please contact me within 7 days of receipt. I will correct the problem after the item is mailed back at MY expense.

If for any other reason you are not satisfied, please contact me. I will work to make you happy. Please notify me in 7 days if you want to return your unused stamp for a refund, minus shipping. Personalized and custom items can NOT be returned.

Unclaimed packages that are returned to me: you will be refunded for the item price but not shipping.
I prefer Paypal only at this time. You can use a credit card with paypal for a limited amount of transactions without opening a paypal account if you wish.
Most stamps are made to order just for you. Please read individual listing descriptions for how long each stamp takes to make. Most take 3-7 days.

Contact me if you want something other than standard USPS shipping before you purchase. I ship first class and will tell you when I ship. Most packages take 3-6 business days in the U.S.

For international shipping, buyer is responsible for any customs taxes.
Additional policies and FAQs
All images are copyright of Drum Chick Designs. You MAY use my stamps on items (such as cards) and sell those items. However, please do not remake my stamps, claim images as your own, or remake the image digitally or otherwise, besides stamping with the original stamp.

Custom items:

I love making custom items! My usual turn around time is 10-14 days. If you want a more accurate time frame, please convo me and I can base your time on my current work load.

For custom orders, I ask for half of the total amount before I start your project. When it is finished, I will create a custom listing for you to pay for the remaining balance.
