Thank you so much for visiting the Drygoods Design Etsy shop, I hope you enjoy browsing (and hopefully buying) our products. Each item is made with the utmost of care and represents the authentic principle of handmade goods - each is different, almost perfect and handled by someone who loves to make people smile by gifts. I also understand that sometimes things don't just work out and hope to figure out those problems as they arise on a case by case basis.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
I want to do what I can to ensure happy customers. However, custom orders are not eligible for refunds but maybe eligible for an exchange after a 20% restocking fee and confirmation of no damage or use.
All non-custom orders are eligible for refunds and exchanges as long as they are in selling shape (no wear and tear, use or other damage).
If an item arrives damaged, we can work together to come up with the best solution for everyone.
PayPal is the accepted method of payment and is due at the time of purchase. Custom orders can be paid in full at the time of order or be paid on a 50/50 split schedule - 50% at the time of order and the remaining balance once received.
I ship with both USPS and UPS. Upgrades, insurance and confirmation are done by request and additional charges are the responsibility of the buyer, with the exception of confirmation.

International customs will be reviewed at the time of purchase. Responsibility for international customs falls to the buyer as a default but depending on the situation and the destination country, seller and buyer can come to an agreement to distribute responsibility.
Additional policies and FAQs
By request, I am happy to gift wrap items! Simply wrapped with twine and craft paper, Bread & Salt products will speak, if not sing, for themselves. Custom orders are always welcome and are easy to begin. I like to work with my customers to make sure they get finished just right too.
