5 out of 5 starsI love items recycled from old silverware. I haven't gotten to my jewelry bench yet, but these will be used for future gifts.

About DryGulch
Our Story
Dry Gulch Beads & Jewelry is a family-owned business located in the Heartland of America with three generations of women designing, creating, and collaborating together for a great selection of beads and findings. We are Deborah (Grandma), Jennifer (Mama), Catherine and Gianna (Cat and Bean - Granddaughters). Each one of us has our own personal, creative workspace. Our workspaces go from highly organized to scattered and just a little bit cluttered !!
We have had our website since 1997 with clients and customers from all over the world and we also had a bead store location for over 15 years, servicing a four-state area and all those just passing through. We carry one of the largest selections in the entire Midwest of crystals, beads & findings (new and vintage), chain, tools, and so much more, and we ship world-wide directly from our warehouse.
We closed our Joplin, Missouri store in 2015 to devote more time into growing our website and meeting new customers as we travel throughout the Midwest doing bead shows, vintage shows and teaching classes to new and experienced beaders alike.
We also sell our finished jewelry at shows, on-line and in several boutiques. We create torch-fired lampwork beads, hand-cut stamped metal, painted and enameled components, uniquely finished leather jewelry, and of course custom pieces. We have a love of "vintage" and often sell parts and pieces to incorporate them into much of our finished jewelry. Since we are always trying to improve, we consider ourselves a "work in progress".
The things around us are the things that motivate and inspire us. The beautiful "Ozarks" where we live, our horses playing in the fields at our small ranch (Dry Gulch Ranch), our silly dogs and cats with all their different personalities, and the beautiful colors we see in our free-range chickens – it's ALL so inspiring!! We have a love of mixed media, textiles, and all things old. All these things are reflected in our painting, enameling, glass bead making, finished jewelry and in the decisions we make on our selections of beads and findings.
The classes we offer at our bead shows are also to inspire and to teach all the wonderful things we have learned throughout the years (and are continuing to learn). Often, our customers just come to see us at our bead shows and bring in their current projects where they can be inspired by their "beady" surroundings and to get one-on-one personal assistance. We Dry Gulch Gals have many years of combined beading experience and that is why we understand the needs of new and experienced beaders and why we can resolve their beading issues.
We are quite passionate about our business and the very personal service that we afford our wonderful customers.
