PAYMENT METHODS:

- I accept all payment via Paypal.
Shipping
STANDARD SHIPPING:

- Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of receiving payment.
- Poster orders are shipped in sturdy kraft tubes.
- Orders for giclees are shipped flat, unless ordered with a poster. In this case they are shipped rolled in a kraft tube.
- Domestic orders are shipped USPS Priority. PLEASE NOTE: As of 2016, USPS no longer guarantees items arriving within 2 -3 days for Priority. For the most part this has not been an issue, but sometimes I have noted it can take up to 7 days for an item to arrive. I do my best to track and update customers when this dos happen.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

-Default shipping method for international orders is first class international. Please note that while this is the most economical method, and reliable, it is not trackable. Using this method, orders typically take up to 5 to 10 business days to arrive. If, however, you do not receive your item after 14 business days, please contact for assistance. Seller is not responsible for lost, or stolen packages or any customs fees that may be incurred in destination country, nor can seller offer assistance if contacted regarding missing shipments after 1 month from date of purchase.

-If you wish to upgrade to a trackable international shipping method, please contact for a price quote.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING:

-If expedited shipping is needed please contact me, and I will be happy to make
arrangements.

SHIPPING ADDRESS AND STATUS:

Please make sure that shipping address on your Etsy account is current. That is the one I will use if there is a difference between that and your Paypal address

I do not use Etsy shipping features, and create shipping label either though Paypal or USPS's site. When you item is ready to ship, you will receive an email notice with a tracking number from me. Please do not refer to the Etsy "purchases and reviews" page on your Etsy account as that will not reflect whether or not you print has shipped.

GIFTS:

If your order is a gift for someone, please make sure that you provide their address, and if you would like me to include a handwritten note, please include that in the notes section your order.
Refunds and Exchanges
Everything in the shop is paper, and paper is fragile. Prints and paintings are packed very carefully while minimally using materials to keeping shipping costs down. Every once in awhile an order may get a bit dinged up in its journey to you. If you have received something that looks like it has been damaged in transit, please contact me immediately, and send a photo of the damaged item. I will send a replacement or refund the sale, according to your preferences.

Because all items in the shop are paper, unless an item has been damaged, returns are not offered at this time.
