We will be refunding via paypal. To active your "dualchocolatier" refund please send us a "message to seller" when making payment to active our memory, and generate the appropiate discount.
On Discount Coupon Codes: our codes and discounts are issued exclusively for our dualchocolate items, are not good in any other Etsy shop, and they are NOT retroactive (if your transaction is entered without the discount code we can not refund the intented discount. If made a purchase before the discount code was available for the same item we can not issue a refund/ discount)
We will honor all mail- in coupon codes issue by dualchocolate. All discounts are subject to expiration dates.
This also applies to Mail-in courtesy and appreciation discounts, unless otherwise noted.

There will be no exchange on custom made items, baby projects/products nor beach garments. But we will work to make you happy. A partial refund will be send via paypal. In other cases we will be rearranging and remaking to fulfill your request.
We will keep all of our creation neat. We will repair and re-adjust, and refresh. For a small charge. Minimum of 5 dolars plus shipping cost.
If you still own it we'll fix it!! when fixable...

Payments via paypal should be receive and clear within 24 hours otherwise the transaction will be cancelled.
In the special case, and only after an approval and confirmation, between the seller and the buyer, we will accept other methods for payment. The payment could be by personal check or credit card. The payments should be received within 7 days, from the time of puchase. Only after the payment is fully cleared/ cashed, the merchandise will be shipped.

On gift certificates issued in our shop are only redeemable in our shop and it would not be exchangeable for cash only merchandise. The gift certificate holder should provide the correct code via a message to seller when placing the order.
The gift certificate holder is responsible for all remaining balances: additional shipping expenses and other additional charges (ex. custom orders, special orders, special delivery) if the gift certificate amount is not sufficient.
All other parts of our shop's policies apply to all gift certificate holders!

We send all our packages with USPS standard delivery, with delivery confirmation when available. Confirmation nor tracking is available for international packages via USPS.
We want your package to find you, but in case of any eventuality, the package will be return to us: the sender, a second attempt will be rearrange.
If you want your package to be rush delivered, and additional charge will apply. Please notify us in advance prior to purchasing to confirm shipment and product availability
For our international customers/buyers: You, the buyer, are responsable for any and all additional customs charge and/or local taxes, if and when applicable. Please check your local policies/regulations on international packages.

DualChocolate advises you that to preserve quality and extend useful life of any of your handmade purchases, please hand-wash. HAND MADE HAND WASH when doing laundry please use the gentle cycle!
Our bears and bunnies are proven to be machine washable, in the gentle cycle.
For all baby wear please, please always hand-wash with mild soap, before putting it in contact with baby's skin. (this goes for all baby's products)
