I fell in love with sewing and embroidery, and I want to share my creations with you.

I've always dabbled in a lot of different hobbies. After a few months, I get bored and move to the next one. When I started sewing again, I got an embroidery machine and fell in love with all that I could do with it! Being a mom to two little boys and a baby girl, I wanted to be able to stay at home with them and make a little income as well. So I opened up shop on etsy.

I am Rachel, stay-at-home mom to a 7 year old, 5 year old and a 2 year old. I have been sewing for forever and recently starting embroidery and applique. I've always been afraid to sell my items because it feels like sending a little part of myself out into the world. I take great pride in my work and hope that my items bring you as much joy using them as it did my creating them. I would love to work with you and am so excited when people tell me how much they love something I've made.

I accept Paypal! Please pay immediately after committing to buy. Item will only be mailed after payment has been processed. E-checks can take up to 10 days to process.

If it is a custom-made item, once I begin working on your order, it cannot be canceled. Sorry.
I will ship your item within 2 weeks of receiving payment. This does not count weekends or holidays. My post office is not open on Saturdays so it may not always be possible for me to ship that day. I try to ship as cheap as possible. All packages are sent with delivery confirmation. I will ship to whatever address etsy has on file.

I like to ship items in a plastic zipper bag to keep it safe from any possible contaminants along the way (weather, smells, dirt, etc.) I also normally use polymailers (those thick gray bags) or hard white cardboard mailers.
We do not smoke and we do not have indoor pets.

In the event that a package is returned to me because the address is wrong, it will be the buyer's responsibility to pay additional shipping to have the package resent. I use the address that you provided. If you have moved, relocated, changed addresses at any time before, during, or after this transaction, please verify that your address is listed correctly on your etsy account and receipt. It is your responsibility to change this information and let me know before the package is sent that the address needs updating. I have no way of knowing that your address, zip code, etc. is wrong unless you notify me prior to shipment. If a package is returned because you have failed to provide accurate shipping info, then it will be your responsibility to pay additional shipping fees. If for some reason a package is returned because of an error on my part such as ineligible label, insufficient postage, etc. then I will pay to have it reshipped.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds and exchanges are dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds will only be given if the item is returned and is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in new condition. I must receive the item and inspect it before a refund will be issued.

I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. I get delivery confirmation on every package I send so if it shows "delivered" then I will be able to contact the post office on your behalf, but it is not my fault. If you would like insurance added to your package for an additional fee, I will be happy to do that. If you do not want your postman to leave your packages on your doorstep, then please contact your local post office.

For best results, clothing items should be handwashed and hung to dry. If machine washing, wash on cold and hang to dry. If ironing is needed, please turn inside out or use a pressing sheet.
