**FORMS OF PAYMENT**
I accept Paypal and USPS money orders only.

I appreciate prompt payment upon check-out. The faster I receive payment, the faster I can get your item to you!

**NO PAYMENT - NO ITEM**
If you don't pay or contact me within 24 hours, then the sale will be canceled and the item will be re-listed for the next buyer. If you need more time to deliver payment (I understand that real life gets in the way sometimes), please PM me and I can put the item on hold for you until we work out a way that is suitable to us both.

On Fridays and holidays, there will be a grace period of 2 days or 48 hours.

**MONEY ORDERS**
For Money Orders: I will not ship the item until the Money Order is cleared. Please contact me within 24 hours to let know that you are using this payment method. If there is no communication within this time period, I will cancel the sale and re-list the item.

**CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS**
Your shipping address must match the address on both your Etsy and Paypal account (or billing account). To avoid sending your package where it does not belong, I will not ship to alternate addresses unless you confirm this with me via conversation or email. If you would like a gift item to send to someone else, please notify me separately either in the "message to seller" box, etsy convo, or email me at yourluckyduck [!at] gmail.com

**I NEED TO CANCEL MY PURCHASE!**
If you accidentally purchase an item by mistake and need to cancel your purchase, please PM me and I can take care of the transaction within 24 hours.
Shipping
**WHEN DO I SHIP?**
I ship out every 2-3 business days, but will make an exception if you request a shipping rush. I will email you with a Delivery Confirmation number and notification that the item has shipped so you can know when to expect your package.

**HOLIDAY SHIPPING**

U.S. Clients – Please order by December 15th for estimated Christmas delivery.

International Clients – I cannot guarantee Christmas delivery for orders outside the U.S.

All shipping delivery dates are estimated as given by the USPS post office. I will do my best to get your item to you by your requested deadline, but am not responsible for the actual delivery of the item. If your item NEEDS to get somewhere by a certain date, please consider upgrading your shipping.

**HOW DO I SHIP?**
Jewelry is put in a hard case box and shipped via bubble mailer. Knit items are wrapped in tissue paper and tied with ribbon or twine.

International packages are shipped International First Class. All international buyers are responsible for their own custom fees. I do not mark packages as "GIFTS" (this is illegal!).

All Packages are shipped with the following (some of the below will change depending on item type):
* tissue paper
* bubble wrap
* hard jewelry box (if needed)
* flexible padded/bubble envelopes
* Delivery Confirmation


**WHAT IF IT DOESN'T GET HERE?**
I am willing to work with you to get a replacement item or issue a discount on a future purchase if something unfortunate should happen and your package does not get to you. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you experience something like this :).

If you are ordering from a location where shipping is prohibited because of content, or temporary or permanent circumstances that would prohibit secure and/or timely delivery as determined by the USPS at the above link, I reserve the right to cancel your order with total refund of your purchase price and shipping fees.

**SHIPPING COSTS/REFUNDS**
I do refund if the listed shipping charge exceeds the actual amount over $1. This usually only happens with International Shipping since the world is pretty big and there isn't a flat fee for everywhere!

**IF YOU ARE LOCAL**
If you live around my area (DC, Baltimore, Southern Maryland), feel free to message me for a local pick up. I will refund you the shipping fees. We will meet in a neutral location and do the switch!

--Any order over $75 will have a signature confirmation added. Please make sure you or someone will be home during the day to sign for this, or be prepared to pick it up at the post office!
Refunds and Exchanges
**DON'T LIKE IT?**
If you are unhappy with your purchase, I will accept returns and issue refunds. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs back to me and the item must be unworn and undamaged.

[Effective 11/05/09]: While I am happy to refund for returned items, due to Etsy's revised policies regarding returns, I am now forced to charge a restocking fee of 3.5% of the item's purchase price on all returned items. I sincerely apologize for this inconvenience but it is out of my control.

Custom orders, Alchemy requests, Reserved items and Sale items are not refundable or returnable. I will accept returns on unworn and undamaged earrings.

**ALCHEMY**

I am always up for custom orders, so please feel free to contact me if you want any of my items in different colors/styles. Unfortunately, my jewelry is OOAK (One Of a Kind), so this service only pertains to my knit wear.

I can knit my hats, gloves, scarves in any size, shape, and color.

CUSTOM ORDERS CANNOT BE RETURNED! This order was made just for you and tailored for your tastes. There is no other you to buy it if you don't want it.

**THE CUSTOM ORDER PROCESS*
I accept half the payment upfront and half the payment upon delivery of the completed item. I will work with you to make sure that I am creating exactly what you want and that there are no surprises in store when the item is finished.

Please work with me to provide as many details and photos as possible. This includes accurate measurements, colors, and design. If you do not provide these, I cannot be held responsible.

I DO NOT RECREATE OTHER ETSY SELLERS ITEMS. This is copyright infringement and illegal.
