Custom and personalized orders
I do not offer customization or personalization of digital downloads at this time - everything I offer is either editable or intentionally blank, made to be filled in by you!
Sizing details
Each product description should include clarification on what sizes are offered. For larger paper goods, like calendars, I always offer the two standard sizes of 11 x 8.5 inches and A4. For invitations, I always offer 5 x 7 inches, A5, 1125 x 2436 pixels, and 1080 x 1920 pixels.
Is this a physical product?
No, THESE ARE NOT PHYSICAL PRODUCTS. Everything in this store is a DIGITAL DOWNLOAD, meaning that upon purchase, you will immediately receive a file to download.
Depending on what you've purchased, this file will either be the final product you desired, OR a PDF including a link to the editable template you desired, for you to personalize before downloading.
Nothing physical will be mailed to you: It is up to you to either utilize the file digitally, print it at home, or send it to a print shop.
Where are the digital downloads sent, once I've purchased them?
The file will be sent to your inbox, OR to your Etsy account under My Account > Purchases and Reviews. Note that downloads are not available on the Etsy app!
How do I personalize the editable templates you sell?
All editable templates are accessed and customized through a FREE Canva account - if you do not already have one, you can create one quickly and simply at Canva.com.

Can I get a refund, exchange, or cancellation?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, it is company and Etsy policy that cancellations, refunds, and exchanges are not offered. Please DOUBLE CHECK what's in your cart before buying!
How do I get the best result when printing?
We recommend downloading as "PDF Print" with "Crop Marks And Bleed" selected.
Please note that there can be slight color variations when printing at home.
ALWAYS do a test print before committing to a full stack!
