Frequently asked questions

What can I change on the design?

You can change the text on any standard listing in my shop. If you would like more customizations such as color changes, different font or addition of photos/graphic elements, please message me first. I am more than willing to create a custom piece for you.

Can you make matching cards to go with the invites?

Yes! I love to create coordinating suites. If you don't see it in my shop, please message me and we'll get the ball rolling.

What size are your invitations?

All invitations in my shop are 5x7" and fit A7 envelopes. If you would like a custom size, please message me before ordering.

Where do I print my digital files?

- A Photo Lab (Shutterfly, Mpix, Snapfish)
- Your own inkjet printer
- Your local print shop or copy shop (Staples, Office Max)

Can I add more text to the design?

If you are wanting to add additional text beyond what is shown in the sample, please message me before ordering.

How do I send my information?

The BEST way to get the information to me is to put in in the "notes to seller" box at checkout. However, if you missed that, not a problem! You can message me on Etsy. I do have email that I check periodically throughout the day, but the easiest way to streamline your experience is to keep all information on Etsy so I can get your beautiful invitations to you ASAP!

When will I get my proof?

• STANDARD Processing..... 2 Business Days following purchase
• CUSTOM Orders............... 3 to 5 Bus Days following purchase (or as previously agreed upon)

You can check your expected ship date on your invoice at any time.

To prevent any delays with your order, be sure to include all information in the "NOTES" section of your shopping cart. Missing information may set back your ship date.

All digital orders are customized and sent to you via digital, hi-resolution file. No physical product will be sent to you.

Please note I work evenings and non-standard hours, so your proof may be shipped during these times. I work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible as I know you're excited to get them printed!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! However there is an additional postage add-on that you will need to purchase. That can be found here: https://www.etsy.com/listing/498435992/international-shipping-additional?ref=shop_home_active_1

Additional Information

PROOFING:
It is the customer's full responsibility to proof for grammar, spelling and wording. Please proof carefully.

FONTS/FILES/GRAPHICS:
For many of my invitations, you can find coordinating pieces in my shop. If you do not find what you're looking for, I'd be happy to create the pieces you need for your event for an additional fee. Designs, font, and files are proprietary to my business, therefore I do not pass them on to others. I appreciate your understanding and look forward to working with you to accommodate your stationery needs.

TEST PRINT (for digital orders):
We STRONGLY recommend test printing to ensure the printer is printing properly and you like the output. All printers are different in output.
