Frequently asked questions
Where will my order ship from?
If you’re based in the US, the item will come from either California, North Carolina, or Mexico. Most Europe orders will ship from Latvia. Canada orders will ship from Toronto or the US. Australian orders will come from Melbourne or Brisbane. If you are based elsewhere in the world, it will ship from the US or wherever is closer to you depending on the inventory!
Why is your shop address Manila, Philippines?
I’m based in the Philippines and Etsy requires me to put this as my shop address, but my printing partner is based in the US and Latvia. Logistically, it’s hard for me to operate and ship from the Philippines. Having a partner close to where the buyers are makes it more cost-effective for them and for my small business.
Can you print on other garments/items?
Yes! Please send me a convo or a custom order. Yes! Please send me a ‘convo’ or a custom order. If you’re looking for a specific garment or accessory, let me know! It's likely that I will be able to source one for you!
Custom and personalized orders
Easy (FREE) - If you want one of my designs to have a different color, font, or have other words added, I can do that for free! You just have to buy the item where the design will be printed.
Simple (10$) - Designs that will take me less than an hour to make. This includes simple typography or reusing some of my design elements to create a totally new one.
Complex (20$) - If it isn’t that easy and simple, this is the package for you!
Notice: All designs that were created as a result of custom or personalized orders are mine. The designs can be modified and sold on Etsy and other marketplaces I’m in. Don’t worry, I will not sell designs with your name on them! If you want to license a design, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
