About DungeonMomDesigns
*taps microphone*
Hello is this thing on? What? You're not supposed to speak directly into it?? Oops...
I've been artist in one way or another most of my life. It wasn't till I hit middle school that I got my first taste of sewing. A mandatory home economics course for a 6th grader got me hooked. After that I scavenged scraps of materials and started making hand-sewn plushies. It wasn't till college, till I moved out on my own, that I actually got a sewing machine. That little bugger survived 4 moves, two of which were cross country and a lot of abuse that a first time sewer is bound to enact on it.
Flash forward to today and I'm a mother, military spouse and as geeky now as I was when I was a kid, perhaps even more so. The reason I make dice bags is because I have rather a large collection of dice, from being sucked into the awesome world of D&D, and I needed some where to put them. Each bag is made with love and care and a little bit of geeky flair, as well as the various other things that will inevitably find their way into my store.
I also have gotten the amazing opportunity to work with Ice Cream Dice and make some exclusive bags for their Kickstarter (though you may see some fabric remnants in the Scrap Bags if you decide to buy one). Please do check out their line of dice. They are truly one of a kind and a sweet treat.
