All of my items are hand crafted. I do my best to make them as perfect as possible, but the nature of hand crafted items means there *will* be flaws. If a flaw, design choice, or feature doesn't fit your needs, let me know. We'll work together for a solution.
About "movement": Wood, resins, and to a lesser extent, metals, will expand and contract due to temperature. Different materials will do this at different rates, sometimes resulting in cracks, wrinkles, etc. This is *NORMAL*. If an item purchased from me does this and it becomes unacceptable to you, return it and I'll repair it during the first 30 days after purchase at no charge.

Materials and workmanship are warrantied for 90 days free repair/replace. After 90 days, fee-based repairs are available.
Due to the unique nature of my items, I sometimes cannot replace items lost or damaged during shipping. If that is the case, you will be refunded the purchase price once the insurance claim is approved by the carrier. If a replacement item is available, or you choose to accept a different item as replacement, I will ship it as soon as the claim is filed.

Shipping
Items are generally shipped within 48 hours of the order being placed. Custom work will be shipped based on the schedule we agree on at time of commission. All work is insured and and I prefer USPS where possible.
I will ship internationally, but only to a PayPal confirmed address, and extra costs will be incurred. Please ask before your purchase if you have any questions or concerns.
