**Note regarding USPS shipping. The Postal Service is experiencing shipping delays due to Covid-19 and does NOT guarantee delivery dates. For book orders I strongly recommend upgrading to Priority Mail. While some Priority Mail packages are still delayed it is less common. Free shipping (Media Mail) may take over 2 weeks for delivery. Please refer to the USPS website for the latest information re: delays.

Please check individual listings for lead time information. Most orders ship in 1 - 2 weeks. If you need something sooner please message me BEFORE ordering to see if we can accommodate your request. I accept a limited number of rush orders for a $10 charge. Rush orders ship within 7 days via USPS Priority Mail. Upgraded shipping options are always available upon request.

As a general rule, my shop hours are 9am - 5pm Monday through Friday. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response regarding orders.

***Important safety information: Our ornaments, banners and other items are NOT toys and are intended for decoration use ONLY. We DO NOT recommend banners for use on cribs, playpens, pack and plays, etc. Banners should be securely hung out of reach of little ones for decor use only. If a letter is pulled off or broken it could pose a choking hazard. Also, the twine banner itself could pose a strangulation threat. We want to keep your little one's safe! When using our banners and other items in photo shoots please do so under strict supervision. Please let me know if you have any questions.***
