There was a mistake in the spelling of the name on the first print that I received but Meagan quickly replied to my email and had a corrected one in the mail the next day. We all make mistakes, so thank you Meagan, for your prompt and courteous service in remedying the error.

I would say that I paint more now, than I ever have before. In that sense, creating my shop was the impetus to fully invest my desire (and free time) to be creative. I love the ability to share my artwork with all of you.

Returns and exchange details
-;{@ I am happy to send a replacement in rare instances that an item is lost in the mail. I need to allow 3 weeks from original shipment date before I can send out a replacement~ just in case it makes its way to you (ever so slowly). I need to wait 8 weeks from original shipment date for International Orders (customs and crossing "the ponds" can pose delays) before sending a replacement.

~ International Delivery: I ship USPS First Class International. Expedited Shipping is an option with estimated delivery times of 6-10 day and 3-5 day delivery possible in most countries. Please contact me for a quote. Please note- International customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs fees, taxes, or duties your country may charge. Please also be aware of your country's individual laws regarding imports; I may not be held responsible for any item held by customs. Please allow anywhere from 1-5 weeks for First Class International Shipping.
~ Please double check your address with Paypal and or Etsy. As has happened to me, my old address was on file and my order shipped to the wrong address. Unfortunately, If you have supplied me with an old address on your etsy order and the artwork gets returned to me, I will need to re-bill you a second shipping charge to reship- so please take a look

Rush Projects are always welcome! Availability depends on the amount of projects I currently have. **In estimating the time frame for rush projects, please allow 4 ADDITIONAL business days for shipping within the US and and an additional 1-5 weeks for International deliveries.

A custom item requested before a window of 2 weeks' completion. With great communication, I can have your first custom proof within 4-5 days, and final proof within 7-8 days.
