Payment
DutchCraftWork accepts PayPal only.

Please make sure that your Etsy and PayPal addresses match. If they do not and I am unable to contact you I will mail your order to the address given by Etsy.

You will receive a confirmation email after your order has been shipped.
Shipping
Your order will be shipped by Priority Airmail / TNT Post from the Netherlands.

Unfortunately priority shipping offers no tracking or insurance. If you choose not to insure your item the ZenZPrint shop cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost or misplaced orders.
If you want your order to be send with insurance, please contact me before payment and I will email you an adjusted invoice.

All orders are printed on demand and will be printed within 48 hours after ordering.

How long will your order be on its way?
Shipping within Europe will take about 2-5 days.
Outside Europe will take approximately 4-10 days depending on the destination.

International customers:
All international customers are responsible for any and all fees and tariffs associated with Customs. These fees and tariffs are not included in either the purchase and/or shipping costs. For any additional information please refer to your local customs agency.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact me within 10 days after you received your order.
I will exchange or refund your money.
You will be responsible for returning the items in their original condition as well as the return shipping costs.
Additional policies and FAQs
Color difference:
The color the prints, cards and notebooks may differ slightly from what you see on your monitor. This is caused by the type and setting of the monitor you are using. My monitor, camera and printer are all calibrated. This means that the image on my monitor will be exactly the same as the photograph my camera took. The photograph you receive is my intended final result.
