Payment must be made in full prior to shipping product.
You have 3 days to return or exchange an item for a full refund minus the shipping charges if you are not satisified.
The item MUST be in new, unused and unlaundered condition.
I do not warranty normal wear and tear, improper laundering, or other damages due to misuse or neglect.
Custom orders will not warrant a full refund.

Payment must be received within 3 days from date of sale.
If payment is not received within 3 days from date of sale, sale will be cancelled and product will not be shipped.
Paypal is the accepted form of payment.
Taxes do not apply in the state of Oregon at this time.

Once payment is received product will be shipped USPS within 48 hours, unless otherwise prearranged.
Confirmation is included in the price of shipping.
All orders are shipped to the address given on Etsy unless other arrangements are made prior to shipping.
Buyer pays for shipping costs and any shipping upgrades that may be requested by buyer.
All import fees/taxes/customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the cost of the product, not to include shipping.
Custom orders will be shipped once payment is received upon completeion of order.
Please allow 3-5 days for custom orders to be completed once order is placed and deposit is made.
