Shop policies

All my creations are one of a kind and are designed, painted and assembled by me -- with the exception of the wooden bases on some of my gourd sculptures, which are made by my husband.

If you see something you like that is already sold, I'll be happy to create another item that is very similar, but never quite identical -- if for no other reason than no two gourds are exactly alike. Also because it's no fun to keep doing the same thing over and over and because I feel that each of my customers should have a piece that is uniquely theirs.

Payment
I prefer payment by PayPal, but also accept money orders and personal checks. If you choose to pay by personal check, your order will be shipped once the check has cleared.
Shipping
I am new to Etsy, and am still learning the ropes, so please bear with me until I figure out the best way to do things. Some of my policies may change as I get more experience under my belt.

I'll try to ship within 3-4 days of your order, with the exception of custom orders.
Projected shipping dates for custom orders will vary depending on a variety of factors. I'll do my best to give you an estimate when you place the custom order.

I will probably ship via Priority Mail or FedEx Express and will let you know when your purchase is on it's way to you.
Refunds and Exchanges
If your order arrives damaged, let me know ASAP and I'll deal with the Post Office or FedEx or whoever and file insurance claims, etc. At that point, I'll be happy create a replacement item as close to the original as possible and as quickly as my schedule permits, or I'll refund your payment in full.
