Hello! Welcome to Dyed in The Wool Yarn Company. A shop made to make you happy. Inspired by those things around me, by those people near me and then creating beautiful and interesting items for you to surround yourself with.

These are my brain creations. Creativity ebbs and flows and this shop reflects that.

Returns and exchanges
Please contact me within 3 days if you find anything wrong with your order or wish to return your order. Returns must be received by me within 2 weeks of the order. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and items must be returned in resellable condition.
Payment
Payment must be made at the time you commit to buy. I accept all major credit cards through Paypal.
Shipping
Your items will ship within 3-5 business days for the ready to ship items. Dyed to order will ship in 1-2 weeks.

International buyers: I REFUND ALL SHIPPING OVERAGES. Posted prices are estimates and really vary by country and weight. Contact me for a quote but I do not keep any overages.

All international shipments are shipped First Class with a correct customs form attached. I will not ship any international purchase as a gift to avoid customs fees, nor will I undervalue the shipment. I am happy to split up an order into multiple shipments if you are willing to pay the additional postage. Buyer is responsible for any customs/duty fees.

PLEASE BE AWARE of any customs charges for your country before placing an international order. Contact me with any concerns before ordering.

I am not responsible for lost packages. Please make sure that your mailing address is correct in the Etsy system before placing your order. I will ship to the address listed with Etsy.

I do my best to photograph all products accurately but please understand that all computer monitors are different. Colors may differ very slightly from the computer to what you see in person.

I welcome custom orders and special requests! Is there a skein that sold that you liked? Let me know, I may be able to recreate it for you.

My home is smoke free. I do have one cat but do not allow her to be around the yarn on my site. Just keep this in mind if you have allergies. I do soak each skein after dyeing in Soak so they're clean and soft.
