This table is stunning, and so well made! Solid walnut is gorgeous, and the base is fantastic contrast and punctuation to this design. My favorite element is the beveled edge. This piece should be in your regular offerings! Perfection!

About

A furniture company with a conscience.

Everyday there seems to be more furniture companies and "makers" popping up and even more online stores to choose from. How do you choose? Do you go by price? Style? Quality? Number of sales?
We know it's hard to decide, but we'd love to make the process easier for you. We have 15+ year of building and construction knowledge, with half of that time making furniture.

We'll be around.
Dylan Design started long before we actually started building furniture. I've been dreaming about owning a furniture company and producing my own designs since 2007. We've worked extremely hard to stay in business for so long and we will continue to do so.

We're woodworkers.
Wood is one of the hardest materials to work with. It's expands and contracts and warps and fades. We've learned a lot of lessons from working with wood over the years and are more confident in our skills now than we've ever been.

We do this for a living.
This isn't a side gig for us, we depend on this business to pay the bills and support our (growing) family. That means your satisfaction is extremely important to us.

Dylan Design Co. is a small furniture studio in Baltimore, Maryland; dedicated to producing home products of outstanding quality. The studio focuses on natural materials in simple forms, shying away from unnecessary decoration. Always striving to bring out the inherent beauty found in honest materials. We’re constantly experimenting with new materials and processes to expand our design/build vocabulary.
I started Dylan Design after working on the TV show Extreme Makeover: Home Edition for almost 4 years. I was in charge of the Art Department and oversaw the production of all custom furniture and special projects for each new home build.
I started building furniture for myself as a broke college kid while studying Interior Design and soon after I graduated I realized I wanted to build furniture for a living.

I worked for the TV show "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" and was in charge of the Art Department for 2 seasons. After the show was canceled I decided to take the leap and start my own furniture company, a dream of mine since graduating college.

Furniture buying shouldn't be stressful. It's our goal to make it as painless and fun as possible. We have over 10 years of building and shipping experience.

Payment
Full payment is required before we begin the building process. We accept cash, check, and debit/credit card. Payment can be processed directly through Etsy or PayPal and you will be prompted at the appropriate time for the information during the check out process.
Shipping
Shipping will be made through UPS Ground for smaller items or a Freight Company for larger items.
Larger items are shipped in plywood crates and packaged very carefully.
"Curbside delivery" is standard for freight deliveries. "Inside" delivery and set-up is also available for an extra fee. Once it leaves our studio, the freight company will call to schedule a delivery appointment. They will confirm a date with you and give you a window for arrival.
Everything ships directly from my studio in Baltimore, fully insured and will take 5-10 days depending on your location and the services selected.
If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask.
Refunds and Exchanges
Not happy with your purchase? Let us know right away, we want to make it right! In the event you'd like to return your piece, we will process a refund 2-3 days after a product is received back in our shop in good condition.

In the rare case that an item is damaged in transit please document all damage and notify us within 48 hours. We will be happy to repair or replace the item as we see necessary.
