Hello from the East Coast of Canada - born and raised by the salty oceanside in Halifax, I've settled here and am beginning to create a beautiful life for myself.

As an Esthetician however, the 2020 pandemic hit me hard with job loss and financial constraints and I knew I had to push to create an income for myself while I was off, or if we were ever faced with this situation again.

I've always been a social media buff - working as both an esthetician and now an online personal trainer and nutrition coach, I utilize Instagram to advertise my services and stay connected with my clients - and a beautiful feed is always a more satisfying one, wouldn't you agree?
